IN ALL THY WAYS … HE IS … (Proverbs 10.24)  In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy paths. (Psalm 91:11)  He shall give His angels charge over thee to keep the in all thy ways.  They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot upon a stone.

Thank you, Father for that confidence!   I am reminded of Dec. 26th, 1962.  Wow Lord ... that’s a long while ago!   No ... maybe I should go back even before that when I remember that the penny dropped’ which means to me that my head understanding dropped into my heart.

i.e.  Christ in me” became my reality and from that point on I had a deep desire to be kept in His Will for my life. So when on that 26th December 1962 Pam, Rays sister-in-law said to me, How about you and Ray moving to New Zealand with us?  I answered, We would love to but how do we know it is God’s will?  Her reply was; When God wants you to do something, He plants that desire in you.”  The penny dropped again!  I went into the living room where the Knight family were together and broke the news ... Ray, we are going to New Zealand!”  ‘Going’ … Yes! I just had the wrong destination!!!  Five months later we were en-route to Australia.  NZ was a closed door but Australia … that ‘door’ opened wide!

Incidentally, Ray’s brother and his wife are still in England; Father just used them to give us a little push!  Right at that time we met our first unaware angel!  He worked at ‘Australia Housein London and he (legally!) took our application from the bottom of the pile and placed it on top through every stage and finally booked our family a berth on the most luxurious liner (of that time) taking emigrants.  Other immigrants traveling with us had waited over two years for their applications to be processed! We were met in Melbourne by deacons of a Church who had nominated us. They provided us with an amazing old mansion to live in and a very good position for Ray in an engineering company. Yes, that door opened wide - we went through and never looked back.  We continue to  thank our Father for directing our paths as we seek to walk in His will.

More about angels next time!  Love and blessings. Sheila.

Remember … (Proverbs 10:24) In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy paths.
